MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
These matters come before the Court on the motions of Marilyn 0. Marshall, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee (the “Trustee”), to modify the confirmed Chapter 13 plans of Marlvin and Glairretta Drew and Lawana R. Ashby-Fox (collectively, the “Debtors,” individually, the “Drews” and “Ms. Ashby-Fox”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1329 and the responses in opposition filed by the Debtors. Both matters involve a common issue: whether the Debtors’ confirmed plans can be amended under § 1329 to increase the dividends payable to the pre-petition unsecured…
