Defendant Superior Care, Inc., two of its officers, and its wholly owned subsidiary (collectively “Superior Care”) appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Leonard D. Wexler, Judge), entered after a bench trial, enjoining it from violating the record-keeping and overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 207, 211(c), 215(a)(2), and 215(a)(5) (1982 & Supp. Ill 1985), and awarding liquidated damages.
