This Memorandum Opinion reports our findings of fact and conclusions of law in this in rem civil action, brought under the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection 'Act (“ACPA”), 15 U.S.C.A. § 1125(d), et seq. (West Supp.2000).
