This case and No. 8995, United States v. Public Utilities Commission of the District of Columbia, - U.S.App.D.C. -, 158 F.2d 533, are appeals from orders of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia which dismissed separate appeals of the Potomac Electric Power Company and of .the United States from an order of the Public Utilities Commission of the District of Columbia entered July 22, 1944.
