This case is before the Court upon the petition of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended (29 U.S.C.A. § 160(e)), for enforce*662ment of the Board’s order issued against Sunbeam Lighting Company, Inc., respondent. The Board’s order and decision are reported at 136 NLRB No. 107.
