OPINION OF THE COURT
VAN DUSEN, Circuit Judge.
This case is before the court upon the petition of Food Fair Stores, Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued against the Company on March 12, 1973, and reported at 202 N.L.R.B. No. 51. The Board has filed a cross-application for enforcement of its order. This court has jurisdiction of the proceeding under section 10(e) and (f) of the National Labor Relations Act (hereinafter the “Act”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., since the alleged unfair labor practices occurred in…
