State v. Alvarez

— Appellant David A. Alvarez seeks review of a decision of the Court of Appeals, Division I, affirming a King County Superior Court (Juvenile Department) find*4ing of "guilty” of harassment in violation of RCW 9A.46.020 and "guilty” of cruelty to animals in violation of former RCW 16.52.070, and remanding to that court a finding of "guilty” of harassment in violation of RCW 9A.46.020 for entry of findings of ultimate facts. We granted review. We affirm.
