HARPER, J.
The plaintiffs, Sofia Tsionis and John Tsionis, appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Richard Martens. On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that (1) the court improperly determined that a contract existed between the parties and (2) in the alternative, if a contract did exist, then the court improperly determined that the contract was not terminated under the mortgage contingency clause. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
