Error from the District Court of Canadian County. Action by defendant in error, W. R. Jennison, against the El Reno Electric Light and Telephone company, and others as cross-petioners, to foreclose a mechanic’s lien. Judgment was had for the plaintiff, from which defendant appeals.

This action was brought by the plaint-tiff, W. R. Jennison, against the El Reno Electric Light and Telephone company, and others as cross-petitioners, to foreclose a mechanic’s lien on lots 17 and 18, in block 103, in the city of El Reno, the lien being claimed for work and labor, and materials, machinery and appliances which were placed by plaintiff on said premises -for the Electric Light company.
