MEMORANDUM
DALZELL, District Judge.
Plaintiff here sues for recovery of insurance benefits which she admits she neither bought nor specifically requested. Defendant has moved for summary judgment as to all counts in plaintiffs second amended complaint, and for the reasons detailed below, we will grant the motion and enter judgment in favor of defendant.
