Anthony L. Slapikas and Alice B. Slapikas (the “Slapikases”) and Ivy J. Fodor (“Fo-dor”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) brought this *288suit on behalf of themselves and a class of similarly situated consumers alleging that agents of First American Title Insurance Company (“First American”) overcharged them for title insurance obtained in connection with refinancing their mortgages.
