Appellant, Oceanus Insurance Company (Oceanus), appeals the trial court’s final order in a declaratory judgment action arising from medical malpractice claims brought in 2008 against Dr. Shawn White (Dr. White) and the Wise County Medical and Surgical Clinic (the clinic) by Appel-lees, Jeff and Brandy White (the Whites). We reverse and render judgment in favor of Oceanus. 1
