Carol Taylor petitions for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming the denial of her reinstatement petition.

Taylor sustained a work-related disability in June 1993 in the scope and course of her employment in a stocking position with Servistar Corporation and received benefits pursuant to a notice of compensation payable for an injury described as plantar fasciitis.
