Cerro Metal Products Company (Employer) and Engle-Hambright & Davies, Inc., its insurance carrier, appeal a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying a termination petition Employer had filed against Francis Plewa (Claimant).
