BECK, Judge:

The issue presented is whether, in a professional negligence action against accountants, the accountant defen dants may join the plaintiffs’ attorney as an additional defendant on the theory that the attorney is solely liable to the plaintiffs on the cause of action alleged. We hold that the attorney may be joined.
