Magic Lamp, L.L.C. (“Magic Lamp”) sued for a determination that debtor Troy LeBlanc’s liability to it is non-dischargea-ble under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) 1 and (a)(6). 2

This lawsuit involves the circumstances leading to the cancellation of a mortgage bearing against immovable property Le-Blanc sold before he filed bankruptcy. Plaintiff Magic Lamp held the note secured by the mortgage.
