Miller appeals the district court’s order holding that the state court judgment debt Miller owes J.D. Abrams, Inc., is nondis-chargeable in bankruptcy. More specifically, Miller contests the district court’s conclusion that he is precluded under the doctrine of collateral estoppel from trying in the bankruptcy court the issue necessary to decide the dischargeability question.
