MEMORANDUM OPINION

FRANK R. MONROE, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Court held a trial on the above entitled adversary proceeding on February 14 and 15, 2007. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2) and deals with whether Richard Barnes (the “Debtor”) is entitled to a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727 and the dischargeability of the Debt- or’s indebtedness to the Plaintiff (the “Bank”) under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) and (6).
