Background
This matter is before the Court upon remand to this Court for the narrow purpose of determining whether the debtor’s action in the case resulted in unreasonable delay in the distribution of assets for this ease and if so whether this chapter 7 case should be dismissed with or without prejudice. On February 1, 1994 this Court conducted an extensive evidentiary hearing on these narrow issues.
