The jury found Troy Wayne Cross guilty in a multiple count indictment of three offenses: (1) burglary of a habitation with intent to commit aggravated sexual assault; (2) aggravated sexual assault; and (3) aggravated assault. The jury further found that the enhancement allegations in the indictment were true and that appellant used and exhibited a deadly weapon, a knife, while committing each offense.
