On January 9, 1967, Plaintiff filed an application for a temporary restraining order and for preliminary injunction. On January 9, 1967, in open court in the presence of counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants, and after argument, the Court issued and filed a Temporary Restraining Order and an Order to Show Cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue.
