¶ 1 Duane Slade and Guy Williams (Petitioners) challenge the trial court’s partial denial of them Motion to Compel the Arizona Corporation Commission (Commission) to disclose: (1) the identities of all the investors who had made specific allegations against them; and (2) information and documents gathered in the course of the Commission’s investigation of their alleged securities violations.
