MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
KEADY, Chief Judge.
In this employment discrimination action, plaintiff Alfred S. Jordan sues defendant William Bolger, Postmaster General of the United States, contending that he was wrongfully discharged from his job as part-time clerk-carrier with the United States Postal Service in Aberdeen, Mississippi. Plaintiff bases his claims on the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. § 551 et seq. and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., alleging that his termination was arbitrary and capricious and because of his age.
