Appellant Gertrude A. Witzkoske appeals from adverse summary judgment on her claim against the United States Postal Service challenging her discharge from employment. The court concludes that the district court lacked jurisdiction to review the Postal Service’s decision to discharge appellant and accordingly vacates the judgment.
