Plaintiff Lihuan Wang brings this employment discrimination action against defendant Phoenix Satellite Television US, Inc. (“Phoenix”). Invoking this Court’s diversity jurisdiction, she asserts only state law claims pursuant to the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. L. § 290 et seq. (“NYSHRL”) and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y. City Admin. Code § 8-101 et seq. (“NYCHRL”).
