ORDER

GADOLA, District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file a second amended complaint [docket entry 30]. The Court held a hearing on this matter on March 27, 2002. For the reasons set forth below, the Court shall grant Plaintiffs motion and, sua sponte, remand the case to the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne.

I BACKGROUND
