LAWSON, District Judge.

Before the Court today are motions that relate to the Court’s authority to' adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The plaintiffs, all Michigan corporations, filed suit in a Michigan state court alleging various business torts against an Indiana corporation, a Connecticut corporation, and a Michigan limited liability company.
