CERCONE, Judge:
This appeal is from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. We affirm.
In October, 1986, appellant was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 1 and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. 2 A jury found appellant guilty of all charges.
