This court consolidated three cases due to the similarity of the underlying facts and circumstances.
On February 16, 1993, Tracy O. Guerin (“Tracy”) filed a complaint for divorce in Clark County District Court after more than fifteen years of marriage to Harold D. Guerin (“Harold”). Harold did not defend the action. On July 29, 1993, the Clark County Clerk of Court entered a default against Harold.
