This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (January 2,1987). Plaintiff Wachovia Bank & Trust Co., as Trustee and as Executor of the Estate of J. Bonner Sams, Jr., brought this suit to recover accidental death benefits for the death of Bonner Sams (decedent) under policies of insurance issued by defendants AIG Life Insurance Co. and Hartford Accident And Indemnity Co.
