By this action, the plaintiffs sought a declaratory judgment and also injunctive relief. After the action was begun, a show cause order was issued requiring the defendants to appear on a certain day and show cause why they should not be restrained from picketing the places of business of the plaintiffs, as, it is alleged, they were contemplating doing. To the complaint, a demurrer was filed. After a hearing on the return day of the show cause order, injunctive relief was denied, and the demurrer to the complaint was sustained.
