Now pending before the Court are the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC’s” or “the Commission’s”) Motion for Reconsideration and a Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of Defendants Bass Pro Outdoor World, LLC and Tracker Marine, LLC (“Defendants” or “Bass Pro”).
