The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) alleges that Defendant- Rosebud Restaurants Inc. and thirteen of its related corporate entities (collectively, “Defendants”)1 had a practice of refusing to hire African-Americans because of their race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
