OPINION

MATTHEWS, Justice.

A manufacturer of commercial trucks misrepresented the consequences of an oral agreement that it made with a potential parts and service dealer. The Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act prohibits misrepresenting the consequences of an oral agreement. Dicta in our case law indicate that the act only applies to transactions involving consumer goods and services.
