OPINION OF THE COURT

JONES, Senior Judge:

The appellant was convicted in a trial by general court-martial of possession and sale of heroin in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. The approved sentence extended to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for two years, and reduction to Private E-l.
