Our original opinion in this cause, dated March 6, 1986, is withdrawn, and this opinion is substituted therefor. Blue Bell, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, & Co. (“PMM”). Blue Bell had sued PMM, alleging four causes of action: negligent misrepresentation; fraud; breach of warranty; and breach of fiduciary duty.
