The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition for disciplinary action against attorney Paul Arthur Moe, arising out of Moe’s service as a conservator and guardian. The petition alleged that Moe represented a client despite a conflict of interest, dis obeyed court orders, failed to reply promptly to discovery requests, misappropriated his ward’s funds, and knowingly made false statements to a tribunal.
