The appellants here were complainants in the court below and brought suit to foreclose certain liens for material furnished in the construction of a building located upon lots described in the Bill of Complaint. The materials, it is alleged, were furnished by various complainants and went into the construction of a building on-the lots described during a period beginning about the 1st of October, 1925, and continuing until the 15th of January, 1926, or later.
