Statement.

The Virginia Bridge and Iron Company, one of the appellees here, filed its bill in the Circuit Court for Duval County against the Tidewater Glass Manufacturing Company and the United States Trust Company to enforce a material man’s lien for certain structural steel which had been sold by the complainant on written contract to the Glass Company for use by the latter for the construction of a certain furnace room and warehouse building on certain property in the City of Jacksonville.
