Action for injuries sustained by plaintiff while a passenger on a bus owned by defendant Minneapolis Street Railway Company as ■the result of a collision between the bus and a car owned and driven by defendant Lester Enfield, at the intersection of Broadway and Washington avenue north in Minneapolis.
