This action was brought to recover .the value of five New Era ditchers, alleged to have been sold to, and received and accepted by, appellants, who were defendants in the court below. The answer is a general denial of the allegations of the complaint. The action was tried by the court, with a jury, and a verdict rendered in favor of respondents for the sum of $6,052.91, together with interest amounting to $1,659,21, on which verdict judgment was duly entered against appellants.
