|¡>,Defendant, Lloyd W. Addison, was charged by bill of information with attempted second degree murder in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1 and 14:27, was arraigned and pled not guilty. The trial court denied defendant’s motion to suppress evidence and statement. On September 11, 12, and 13, 2007, the case was tried before a 12-person jury which found defendant guilty of the responsive verdict of attempted manslaughter.
