|2Pefendant, Michele Ramirez, appeals her conviction of manslaughter, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:31. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY AND FACTS

A Jefferson Parish Grand Jury indicted defendant, Michele Ramirez, for second degree murder of Edwina Ulfers in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1.
