12Lester George appeals his conviction of four counts of armed robbery with a gun, and his sentence as a second-felony offender to fifty-five years at hard labor. We affirm the convictions, but vacate the sentences and remand for resentencing.

FACTS

On September 19, 2008, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging Lester George with four counts of violation of La. R.S. 14:64 and La. R.S. 14:64.3, armed robbery with the use of a firearm. George was arraigned on October 1, 2008, and pleaded not guilty. 1
