This matter is before this Court on direct review 1 2 of a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that petitioner, Marx S. Leopold, be disbarred from the practice of law for professional misconduct involving inter alia 8 a violation of Disciplinary Rule 9-102 (B)(4) of the Code of Professional Responsibility. 3
