This is an appeal by Sandra Simpson from the grant of summary judgment for defendant Kay Jewelers in a suit alleging age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 621-34 (1985 & Supp.1997), and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), Pa. Stat.
