This attorney grievance matter comes before the Court as a result of a recommendation of public reprimand by the Executive Committee of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline. The Respondent, John Delgado, is charged with communicating with a j uror in violation of Rule 32 of this Court, DR 7-108(B)(l). He is also charged with having surreptitiously aided a newspaper reporter in gaining entrance to the South Carolina Central Correctional Institute (CCI) for the purpose of interviewing J. C.
