HAMILTON, District Judge.
This is a civil rights action, brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, in which the plaintiff, a disbarred attorney, seeks injunctive and declaratory relief that certain disciplinary measures adopted by the defendant Supreme Court of South Carolina violate his constitutional rights. The defendants are the justices of the Supreme Court of South Carolina, and the members, and Committee on Character and Fitness of the South Carolina Supreme Court.
