This was a complaint for an injunction filed by Marion Burket, Rachel M. Solomon, wife of Horace G. Solomon, and Nancy M. Burket, infants, by their nest friend, Jacob Reed, against the Norristown, Hope and St. Louis Turnpike Company and Thomas A. Seigler.
The complaint alleged, in substance, that the plaintiffs were the owners in fee of two-thirds of a certain tract of land, which is described, situated in Bartholomew county, ás tenants in common with their mother, Miza Burket, who was the owner of the remaining one-third; that the said turnpike company, by its hoard of directors, had surveyed…
