This was an action by the appellees against the appellant, in the Madison Circuit Court, to enjoin it from entering upon, digging trenches and laying gas pipes in certain real estate belonging to the appellees, described in the complaint. The complaint alleges that the appellant is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, and is engaged in leasing lands, drilling gas wells and piping natural gas to the city of Indianapolis, and supplying the same to private consumers; that it is threatening to, and is about to, and has entered upon the land of the appellees particularly…
